Pickuper’s Emotional State

Best pick ups are done when it happens as if by itself. You express no signs of nervousness, worlds just come out of your mouth, hands are doing their job, mind remains in the state of perfect equanimity. This is the best emotional condition for pickup. But how to reach it? The problem is that you do not always have access to such state of body and mind (you have a bad mood, you're tired, you simply don’t want to meet a girl). This is not good and not bad, and this is something that all people experience.

There are many exercises and techniques to reach the desired state of the mind, which will help you to get the chick you like easily. Some of them will be described below. Yet, first of all this is necessary to remember one thing. You are getting into pickup games for fun, and once you start being very serious about meeting girls and seducing them, once you persuade yourself that the naked girl in your bed is the only thing that can make you happy – the pleasant game stops there, because you are no longer the one who sets rules and you become the slave of external conditions. No matter how you feel, no matter how women react on you – try to have fun under any conditions. Having sex with three girls simultaneously is fun only if you are happy at that moment. It can make you happy only if you were in a good mood while seducing them, and are still in a good mood when in bed with them. So enjoy every moment of seduction game and don’t care about results – this is the only way to success. Feel about seduction as of an exciting game and consider sex a bonus level.

Now when we are finished with most important thing, let’s get back to the emotional state which can make pickup easier and yet more enjoyable. Here are some tips:

Generate this state. Imagine yourself in this aroused state, represent this image in the smallest details and „wear“ this state. This method is universal, the application does not stop there.

Trigger the anchored state. Sometime you might have felt its very easy for you to do anything, including pickup. It’s like if you allowed everything to happen at its best and it does happen so. When you feel so, use a simple NLP technique – set an anchor on this state of mind and then use it when needed. Limitations: with frequent activation anchors get „erased“.

Dance D.O.R.E. Requires some privacy, or, conversely, large numbers of people and music (at the dance club). Start dancing the current state, gradually transforming into a more resourceful condition, then – to the desired state. Requires confidence in yourself, your body and rapport with yourself. It is desirable to feel safe during the dance.

Almost any NLP skill is helpful to recall the necessary state and condition to form great first impression on women.

There is one more thing necessary to mention when talking about the emotional condition of successful pickuper – an internal dialogue. People call it conversation between the individual parts, the voice of conscience, inner voice, etc. In fact, internal dialog is quite a useful thing. On the other hand, it can severely hamper with acquaintance with the girl, conversation or in any other situation that requires prompt action, not long meditations. Of course, to seduce a girl, you do not necessarily have to turn off the internal dialogue. But to quickly seduce a girl, internal dialogue is superfluous. Here are some tips to deal with an internal dialogue.

Experience. The more experience you have in a pickup process, the less you need an internal dialogue. Experience frequently the new acquaintance with the girls and talk about anything with any people with whom you come in contact throughout the day (sales people, colleagues at work, other females).

Internal dialogue entirely disappears in a state of uptime. Fall into uptime and you will experience the state „without a thought in a head.“ Uptime is an outwardly oriented trans.

Exercise. To turn off the internal dialogue for a little while by the following exercise. Walk down the street and describe aloud EVERYTHING that you see. In the style of „beautiful yellow house with a nice thingies on the second floor balcony. A dog, janitor, and the girl, who heard my words and dropped the icecream.“ After a while, which is typically 10–20 minutes, the internal dialogue at the time shuts down.
