You think you look bad? Look around! You are not the only guy with bad teeth/skin/face! And, surprise, this doesn’t mean you can’t have a hot sex with a girl after your first and only date with her. How can it be?

Actually dissatisfaction with own reflection in the mirror is quite a standard situation and the root of the problem is the lack of experience in the field of style and selection of clothing. So let’s review this problem first.

Clothing

One general rule of appearance – clothing must be clean and neat. Additional rule – no more than 3 dominant colors in clothing. You can dress nicely and through your appearance receive the confidence, which is the basic quality necessary to seduce women. You must be sure to wear clothing which can stress your confidence.

One more advice – wear common in partying circle clothing. Examples – a typical external „metal“, „punk“, „emo“. More advanced styles of clothing – the so-called sports style, which is characterized by convenience, comfort and freedom (Puma, Reebok, Adidas). The alternative – the so-called street style. Loose, screaming colors, garish and catchy labels.

You and only you should be comfortable with your outfit. The rest are social conventions.

Guys say: “I have no confidence to get to the girl”. Really, this is a very common situation. Social conventions and limiting beliefs are the root of the problem.

There are many approaches to develop confidence in meeting new girls and starting a conversation. Weak pickup experience is one of the problems and it can be easily fixed with few exercises. You might say that exercising is not for you and all you need is to read a couple of articles on the Internet. Well, then the only girls you will meet are going to be virtual ones as well. For those who want to taste real juicy chicks I suggest the following.

Step one. Ask any girl something that is quite calmly perceived in society. For example, ask her what time is it. To consolidate the new skill do it 100 times.

Step Two. Blindfolding the conversation. Approach to the girl, greet her, and asked how to get somewhere, incidentally clarify the details. Then say „bye“ and go away.

Step Three. The same as in Step 2, but ask the name of the girl and say „Bye, Name!“

Another exercise is a standard newby mission. Say „Hi!“ to every girl passing by and then go away. No conversation, just greeting. To consolidate the result repeat at least 100 times.
